5.I return the vehicle with a full tank of gas; I take a video of the extranjero and Interior. The attendant filled demodé the damage assessment Figura “all good” but missing the front license plate. He stated that it was a $50 US dollar charge. I didn’t have picture showing the plate there or not; so I signed the report stating such. I was willing to eat a 50 dollar charge. 6.I was not given a copy of the report showing “no damage” 7.I was not given a final bill. 8.They said that everything was fine and I would receive an email with the bill later. I never did. 9.My credit card was billed $606.08 vs Kayak reservation price of $110.08. 10.I am currently working with my credit card, Discover, who are doing an awesome job disputing this fraudulent bill. I also called National US customer service and was able to determine the extra charge was from a $300 (5000 Pesos) charge due to "damage". Remember I was told everything was good, no damage. Right dishonest staff. My advice is to search online to read the reviews prior to renting in Cancun. National is one of the worst. Taxis and Uber appear to be the way to go to avoid the bait and switch.
Desventajas: Person we extremely rude and lied about the cars available. Tried to get me to spend an extra $500 for the week to get the car I ordered. Plus the car needed air in the tires and none of the windows worked.
Desventajas: didnt give me the car grade I paid for, they gave me the bottom level for the same price!
Cancún tiene muchos hoteles, la ancianoía de ellos están situados en la zona hotelera. Es una franja larga sobre la playa con muchos hoteles y centro turísticos de varios pisos de estilo hispanoamericano. Al otro ala de la isla (la costa de la laguna) las cosas son un poco más tranquilas, pero para aquellos que están buscando alojamiento más al estilo mexicano, el centro de Cancún es una mejor opción.
2) No shuttle service to location at airport (had to ask Hertz shuttle driver to take us) and impossible to find location when dropping of car (we picked up car in dark and, when dropping it off, there was no signage for Firefly at it wasn't nearby another other car rental agencies; no one we asked knew where it was located; had to ask Hertz representative to escort us there.)
(they first wanted a $ 15000.00 credit card deposit.) After all check here of the fees, taxes and liability insurance, I ended up paying more than twice the price I was quoted and agreed on through the Kayak website. I will not use Firefly again, and may not use Kayak again for supporting Firefly's scams. When Kayak gives a car rental quote that includes all taxes and fees, that price must be true and cannot change, Figura it did with Firefly, when the customer arrives in a foreign country to pick up the car. Also, if there is a required "national liability insurance," that fact and the cost for that insurance must be listed on the quote I received and agreed on from Kayak. Avoid Firefly car rental. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
Hay un folleto gratuito con todos los servicios de autobuses en la ciudad, que está acondicionado en el aeropuerto y en la longevoía de los hoteles.
Desventajas: Our flight was delayed and they cancelled our reservation. Agent at the counter offered an alternative with another company (something nded like something under the table) for five times the cost of my flamante reservation. In the end we were left without a car.
Desventajas: It took nearly two hours to get our reserved car. There were only two people on line in front of me, both of whom also had a reserved car so it was not a matter of long lines or customers with complicated problems. Also they oversell an overly expensive insurance package.
They said "no problem". I walked demodé and they were gone. Had to hire a last minute car that was 4 times more expensive. Horrible experience.

Se encuentra a unos 22 kilómetros al suroeste del centro de la ciudad de Cancún. No hay conexiones ferroviarias con el aeropuerto, pero cuenta con un servicio de autobuses de enlace entre el aeropuerto, los hoteles más populares y los complejos turísticos.
Hace unas semana rente un auto con ellos y el servicio fue exelente, el automóvil solo tenía 4mil kilómetros de odómetro y aún olía a nuevo, sólo contraté el seguro de gastos médicos(Pai) y por 4 díTriunfador fueron $1100 pesos.
